In contrast to core drills, indexable insert drills enable the drill hole to be completely machined. This eliminates the need to remove the core plate from the profile and ensures that the series production runs smoothly. The hole size can be enlarged by up to 5/10 with the eccentric sleeve. As a result, the tolerances of the profile diameter in the different batches can be eliminated and enable a precise fit of the lower / upper chords and the vertical bars.
